The second stop is the Pão de Açúcar itself, named for its resemblance to the sugar loaves made by the Portuguese at the time of the discovery of the country. Before returning to the Hotel, we will visit the Municipal Theater and the Cathedral in the center of the city.
In the traditional neighborhood of the old Cosme, we will know the Cristo Redentor monument that is located in the Corcovado hill. The climb is by train, the path is made in the middle of the largest urban forest in the world, the National Park of Tijuca, a great example of nature preservation and especially the Atlantic forest.
